Empowering Motherhood

The Maternal Health Workshop aims to raise awareness of Maternal Health education. The goal is to bring together healthcare professionals, policymakers, advocates, and community leaders to discuss the critical issues surrounding maternal health in our State and communities. This event will feature expert speakers and panel discussions focused on improving maternal health outcomes. Other topics include supporting maternal mental health, nutrition and exercise during pregnancy, prenatal care, birth plans, self advocacy during the labor process, and postpartum care.
