Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be an integral part supporting the resident program. This position requires the individual to assist in: maintaining case files, updating referral information and verifying information, creating resident schedules and connecting with support services to assist with resident’s goals.  Interact with residents to provide evidence of completed tasks. Utilize goals to create a plan or plans in support of the resident’s program goals. 

Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Respond to incoming calls and direct to appropriate parties and secure support of our program goals and other duties as assigned;

  • Point of contact for scheduling classes 
  • Ensure residents have the necessary support to achieve goals
  • File all resident paperwork and keep up to date
  • Attend meetings, take meeting notes
  • File all office documentation
  • Assist with Fundraising
  • Scheduling residential visits, tours and donation drop-offs
  • Reach out to community organizations, groups, and businesses to seek partnership and residential support. Other duties as they arise

Marketing Assistant Position

The ideal candidate will be an integral part supporting Carried To Full Term promotional campaigns. This is a part-time position of 15-20 hours a week.

This ideal candidate will create and manage campaigns in support of our project and fundraising goals; will focus on planning, coordinating and executing marketing programs to support organizational objectives. You will lead, allocate and monitor the budget of each project. Meet with clients to discuss campaign guidelines, goals, budget and timelines and conduct market research to determine effective and targeted campaigns specifically around generating revenue, managing funds, partnerships, execution and completion of our projects. You will work closely with our social media coordinator, office staff, and project partners. You will report directly to the Executive Director.

Candidate will participate in developing or enhancing the CTFT social media platform to increase public awareness of programs, events, and activities. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • To plan and execute initiatives designed to reach the target audience, revenue projections, and to raise awareness through appropriate channels.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns to meet revenue targets
  • Create editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
  • Assist with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
  • Produce a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission
  • Help team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
  • Meet with clients to discuss project guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
  • Conduct market research to determine relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
  • Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
  • Review the progress and success of campaigns, make adjustments or pitch ideas for new campaigns as necessary
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing effort.
